A lovely Black Rock Shooter arrived at my door early last week and I hadn't had the chance to take pictures of her. I have to say for one of the most hyped figures on the market at the moment I was very happy to have got on the pre-order list for her, and I'm very pleased with my purchase.
BRS is a 1/8th scale model by Good Smile Company, she was actually derived from an illustration drawn by 'Huke' which then had a song created for it. After that BRS has had a massive following online so much so that she now has three figures and an Anime coming which the pilot has been released.
She stands at 29cm high most of which is the base which looks amazing. The gun that she wields is ludicrous sized but is hooked on via a grip in her hand and the chain you can see in the pictures. The chain itself is a bit fiddly and the Japanese instructions that I couldn't read didn't help much so I'm still not sure it's going the right way.
